Meet Scott Christie-June

Administrative Assistant Scott Christie-June joined the firm in April 2018. Scott has 25 years of experience in the medical field.

Scott started his career by volunteering at Tucson Medical Center. In just three months' time, he learned the role of a unit clerk. The hospital saw his dedication and enthusiasm, and Scott was promoted to night float clerk, which covered the entire hospital. He assisted nurses and physician in the care provided to the patients. He worked at TMC for six years.

Scott then transferred to Palo Verde Behavioral Health as a unit clerk, working on the adolescent unit. He also was trained and worked as psychiatric technician caring for the patients on the units. He wrote and implemented the program for the acute children's unit and the residential children's unit. He was dedicated to the hospital and worked well with administrators, social workers, staff and was an advocate for the patients. Scott worked at Palo Verde for seven years.

For the past 14 years prior to joining our law firm, Scott worked at a pain clinic as the office manager. Initially, he was the only the only employee in the back office. Scott managed scheduling of hearings, depositions and doctor/attorney meetings. He obtained authorizations from carriers for office visits and procedures to be done in the office and at the outpatient facility. He brought new ideas and implemented them to help the practice grow and become more efficient. When he left, the practice had more than 20 employees.

Scott was born in Long Beach, California. His family moved here when he was four years old. In his spare time he loves to spend time with family and to garden. He collects antique and vintage glassware. His favorite is milk glass from the 1950s and 1960s.
